Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the Sampai app and Sampai Pro. By using the app you agree to them. They are written to be read.
The app
Sampai is provided by Haziq. You may use it on your own devices for personal use. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app.
Sampai Pro
Pro is sold through Google Play, either as a yearly subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in Google Play before you buy.
- A yearly subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro stays unlocked until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. You can also email us and we will help.
- Your purchase is tied to your Google account and can be restored from Settings on a new phone.
Our promise
If this app ever leaves the Play Store or changes hands, your purchase stays unlocked in the last version shipped. Your data exports to a plain file from Settings, today and always.
Reminders can fail
Sampai does everything Android allows to ring on time, and its reliability check tells you when something on your phone may get in the way. But phones can be switched off, run out of battery, be set to silence alarms, or have manufacturer settings that stop apps. Sampai cannot guarantee that every reminder will ring. Do not rely on it as your only reminder for anything where a missed alert could cause harm, such as critical medication or safety tasks.
No warranty
The app is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by a reminder that did not ring or rang late. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
